Liberty Ridgecrest Tree Service provides residential and commercial tree services in Ridgecrest, CA and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service. The availability, scope, and pricing of services may change without notice.
Free estimates are provided as a courtesy and are based on conditions observed at the time of the on-site visit. A written estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a service agreement.
Final pricing may differ from an initial estimate if site conditions change, additional hazards are discovered during the work, or the scope of the job changes at the customer's request. Any changes to the scope of work will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
We will make reasonable efforts to complete work on the agreed-upon date. Scheduling is subject to weather conditions, equipment availability, and crew safety. We will contact you promptly if a scheduled job must be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a rescheduling fee. Emergency cancellations due to circumstances outside your control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Payment terms will be stated in the written service agreement. In general, payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing in advance.
Accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the time of the estimate. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee. Liberty Ridgecrest Tree Service reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through lawful means.

However, tree work involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to plant health, regrowth, or the structural integrity of trees or stumps that were not part of the scope of work.
